My technical carrer began in 2012 as a help desk technician. I have since then extended my background into VoIp PBX and network support. I am currently expanding my knowledge at Salt Lake Community College with a focus on Linux System Administration & Network Administration. I often also explore personal projects to help me grown and learn as a technician. Personally I am very passionate about open source and free source software and run linux based operating systems of the majority of my devices. In my free time I enjoy weight lifting, bicycling, and loud music.

Within my time at CSS Corp I have worked on various techincal projects beginning with Nest Learning Termostat, followed by K12 Help Desk Support, finally landing me on the Panterra Networks Project
My daily operations consist of assisting clients and resellers with managing thier cloud based pbx service through Panterra Networks. Everything from resetting passwords to configuring local networks via phone, chat, or email
As a help desk technician for K12 online schools I would handle inbound calls and assist students and/or parents with troubleshooting their K12 provided hardware. I work on this project through CSS Corp and after the project ended, I was moved to an alternative project
On the technical support help desk team for Nest Learning Thermostat I would handle inbound calls and assist customers with issues regarding their Nest thermostat. Issues could vary from educating customers on how to use the user interface to assisting HVAC technicians with thermostat wiring.
